The
mission of the MCIA Certified Service Center program
is to encourage professionalism within the IT
industry and to publicly identify and to publicly
those service facilities that strive to provide
honest, competent and professional service. The
program is designed to provide positive service
experiences to all consumers. The Certified Service
Center designation is presented to those service
facilities that provide a level of service professionalism
that meets or exceeds the high levels established
by the requirements of this certification.
Certification Process
Service
facilities initiate the process to become a Certified
Service Center by completing an official application
form and submitting it to MCIA with the appreciated
fees attached the certifying association will
then review the complete application form and
verify that the service center candidate complies
with all of the requirements as specified. The
application will then be sent to MCIA for final
review final approval. All certifications are
valid for a period of one year from the date of
certification.
The Certified Service
Center certification is open to all service, repair
and installation business that submit applications,
pay fees in full and comply and with all of the
requirements.

The MICA Certified
Service Center Program is designed as a tool to
aid consumers in recognizing quality service centers,
to help IT products in selecting approved for in-warranty
or our-of-warranty services, and to provide a standard
for professional service firms that desire to offer
outstanding customer service.
Who's
Eligible?
The MCIA Certified Service Center program is open
to all computer and appliance service repair and
installation center located within the Myanmar.
What's Involved?
To be eligible for
the MCIA Certified Service Center program a service
center agrees to adhere to ten requirements that
have been developed by representatives of all facets
of the service industry. These requirements cover
facility service ability: code of conduct: test
equipment and tools; customer service and warranty
policies: management ability: technician certifications:
licensing and professional appearance of workers
and the business.
